Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Please, no jeans. You can wear any color you'd like but we ask that you do not wear beige, cream, or any shade of white as this is reserved for the Bride!

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

They will be wearing light yellow dresses!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guest’s name is listed on your invite or you have a plus one option when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you do not have phones or cameras out during our ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

When should we arrive to the ceremony and what if I’m late?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony time which is 3:00pm. This ensures that guests have enough time to mingle and get seated. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter! If you are late to the ceremony please do not try to sneak in because there will be closed doors and that would cause distraction. We ask that you do not take a seat as to avoid interrupting the ceremony.

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception a young adults and adults only event. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Answer

Yes! Please drink responsibly but let’s celebrate!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel listed?

Answer

Yes, we have arranged to have a complimentary shuttle that runs from the Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Airport to our venue.

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTSIDE?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors followed by an indoor reception
