When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 5th (but the sooner the better!)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm on September 5th. Guests can begin arriving by 4:30 pm to enjoy a drink and the beautiful space.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately no. As much as we love your kiddos only the few from our immediate family will be able to attend. BUT children are absolutely invited to the welcome event on September 4th and we would love to have them there that day to celebrate with us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual/ garden party attire Keep in mind you will be walking on grass and possibly uneven ground and stairs. There wont be indoor space so wear sunscreen and bring a sweater if you need.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes!! On our travel page there are three hotels listed with discounts. The LaQuinta is the closest to the venue and is attached to Berthoud Brewery Co. The Towneplace Suites is closer to downtown Loveland and is walking distance from multiple restaurants and breweries. The Embassy suites is the furtherest from the venue but features a continental breakfast with omelette station and a spa. Estes and Fort Collins are options to stay also but we will not have transportation to and from the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

From the hotels we have recommended, Yes!! We will have transportation to and from the venue. There will be one pick up at Embassy Suites and 3:30pm and then a pick up at Towneplace Suites at 4:00 pm and a second at 5pm. There will be a separate hotel shuttle from the LaQuinta starting at 4:30 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be very limited. If you do plan on driving please let us know so we can ensure we have the space otherwise plan on using the transportation we provide or a car service.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be the Welcome event on September 4th that all can attend!
