Question

Will transportation be provided to the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle to and from the wedding venue on our wedding day from the Green Mountain Inn/ Stowe Village and Field Guide. The bus from Green Mountain Inn will pick-up guests at 3:00pm and the bus from Field Guide will pick-up guests at 3:30pm. Once you arrive at Edson Hill you are welcome to hang out or grab a drink at the tavern.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding day dress code is outdoor cocktail attire. Please keep in mind that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be on the lawn! It may get chilly so we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater. Anything goes for the welcome party & brunch so that is totally up to you!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we would prefer to celebrate with just the adults on our special day. The formal invitation will be addressed to those invited.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Check out the accommodations page of the site! Green Mountain Inn or Field Guide are both great options since they are situated in (or very close to) Stowe Village and have easy access to the Stowe recreational path and lots of other great attractions and restaurants. There are also some unreal airbnb's in the area if you have a big group.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your formal invitation says "and Guest," then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! The meal will be served family style so there will be lots of options to chose from. However, if you are vegetarian or have a food intolerance or allergy we can request a special meal for you. Please reach out directly to Hilary!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Feel free to arrive and settle in anytime after 3:30pm. There will be water on site and if you find yourself there early feel free to grab a drink in the tavern!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We have a registry at West Elm, Anthropologie and Zola! All can be found on the 'registry' page. However, please know that your presence at the wedding is more than enough!
