Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Vale Royal Barn (11009 Old US 23, Fenton, MI 48430) between 3:45-4:10 pm to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM ET. For those staying at one of the two hotels, there will be a shuttle (timing TBD).

Question

Is there parking or handicap assistance?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at Vale Royal Barn. There will be a parking attendant and a golf cart to assist with transporting guests around the property.

Question

Is there transportation from the hotels to the wedding site?

Answer

Shuttles will be available to take guests to and from the venue. If you plan to leave your vehicle overnight at the wedding site, please arrange for pickup before 10:30AM on Sunday, which is when we need to check out.

Question

Will there be vegetarian options?

Answer

Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyone's dietary needs. When submitting your RSVP, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Given venue limits, we have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration. This also ensures that all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day! Your understanding means the world to us and we can't wait to celebrate with you.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accomodate all guests within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You'll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi formal/cocktail: Polished but not overly formal. Remember this will be July so knee-length or midi dresses are fine, dressy jumpsuits, suits with ties, or collared shirts with dress pants. This is a rustic outdoor event and comfortable walking shoes, flats, or cowboy/cowgirl boots are in order.
