Camping with Us: If you’re feeling adventurous (and we hope you are!), you’re welcome to camp on-site with your family. Whether you’re a seasoned camper or just looking to try something new, this is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors while celebrating our special day. Cabin Accommodations: For those who prefer a roof over their heads, we’ve reserved a limited number of staff cabins. Please note that these cabins offer a rustic charm – they come with comfortably twin-sized beds, but you’ll need to bring your own linens, as the Scouts do not provide them. If you’d like to reserve a cabin, just reach out to either of us, and we’ll make sure you’re all set. We can’t wait to share this special weekend with you, surrounded by nature, family, and friends. Pack your camping gear, your sense of adventure, and get ready for an unforgettable celebration!

Richmond International Airport

Flying into Richmond International Airport (RIC): If you’re flying in from out of town, Richmond International Airport (RIC) is a fantastic option! Located about an hour and twenty minutes from Pipsico Scout Reservation, RIC offers a range of flights and is known for its easy-to-navigate terminals. Once you land, you’ll find plenty of rental car options to help you make the scenic drive to our wedding weekend. Plus, if you have some extra time, Richmond is a great place to explore before heading out to the beautiful countryside!

Norfolk International Airport (ORF)

Flying into Norfolk International Airport (ORF): Another great choice is Norfolk International Airport (ORF), which is also about an hour and a half from Pipsico Scout Reservation. ORF is a popular hub with lots of direct flights, making it a convenient option for travelers. After you touch down, you can pick up a rental car and enjoy a peaceful drive through the charming Virginia landscape on your way to our wedding. If you arrive early, Norfolk’s waterfront and cultural attractions are well worth a visit!

This is one of many local hotels, for those who want to stay in a slightly more plush and upscale locale, than on the Pipsico Scout Reservation. This one is about 7 miles from the wedding venue, and per hotels.com, is one of the most affordable options. Be aware, in order to get to our wedding venue, you will need to take the Jamestown Ferry... Please plan accordingly!

This is a great option for guests, and their families, who have Hilton Honors' Hotel points to burn. This location is about 10 miles from the venue. Be aware, in order to get to our wedding venue, you will need to take the Jamestown Ferry... Please plan accordingly!
