Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love to have our loved ones get dressed up for our special day! Dress code is casual or formal whichever you prefer. We politely ask that you wear neutral colors. Some great color options and ideas have been added to your invitation. Gentlemen can wear, black, gray, or tan slacks with a button or collar shirt. Ladies can wear a floor length or midi neutral dress or skirt. No jeans please!!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. We ask that only the named people on the invitation are in attendance.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to our event as soon as possible. We ask that all RSVP’s are to us by February 15th by contacting Jen at 574-335-9282 or at our website.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love all of your little ones! If your child’s name was not on the invitation please reach out to us directly if you wish for your child/ children to attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 min before the ceremony. You can arrive as early as 4pm. This will allow you time to park and find a seat. If you arrive late you will not be let in until after the ceremony as the ceremony will take place in a location that you would have to drive past to park.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want all of you to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Pictures during the rest of the night are welcome!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Food and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. If you wish to drink alcohol, please bring your own drink of choice. Please be mindful of glass as we will be on concrete for most of the night and will be responsible for cleaning up any glass that does break.

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be outside.

Parking?

Answer

Due to our location, parking is limited. We politely ask that if you could carpool you do so. A host will let you through the gate as you drive up. Someone will direct you where to park. Due to the location of our ceremony, we ask that you arrive early and no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. If you are late, you will not be let in until after the ceremony ends. Please plan accordingly!

What if I can’t make it?

Answer

We will miss you, but we understand! Please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. You can contact Jen or Michael or RSVP “not attending” on our website.

What time is the wedding?

Answer

5pm! (Please arrive no later than 4:45) The reception will End at 11pm with a send off!

Where should we stay?

Answer

Our wedding is taking place at an Airbnb! Due to limited space, not everyone is invited to stay with us at the location overnight. If you have been invited to stay at the Pines with us, you will receive a separate invitation with your wedding invite. Please RSVP if you are staying in the house by Feb 21st so we can assign rooms. If you are not staying in the house, there are many great hotel options downtown. I have listed a couple on our website. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
