While we love children, we've decided to have an adults-only celebration. Thank you for making arrangements.

Dress Code

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal. The welcome dinner dress code is casual. The Colorado mountains can have unpredictable weather, so please check the forecast and plan accordingly. A jacket or outer layer may be needed for the evening reception, it is mostly indoors but the temperature can drop down quick.

What are the wedding venue and reception addresses?

They are both at the same place - Granby Ranch. The address is 1000 Village Rd., Granby, CO 80446.

How do I sign my waiver for the chairlift?

Answer

All guests must sign the chairlift waiver in order to use the chairlift to get to the ceremony location (Vista Ridge). Waivers must be signed in person and on-site at Granby Ranch any time after 12 PM on the day of the wedding ceremony. There will be a team stationed with iPads at the following locations: -The ticket office -The front of the lodge -The rear entrance of Base Camp One (the large residential building next to the lodge) -The lift loading area You will simply need to sign your name, date of birth, and email address in order to ride the chair lift. You will be taking "Quick Draw Express Ski Lift" which is located about 100 feet Southeast of Granby Ranch.

Have you reserved wedding room "blocks"?

No, you'll need to book your own lodging at one of the many accommodations near the venue. Please see the accommodations page for more information.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes. There is a parking lot at the venue.

Will transportation be provided on the day of the wedding?

Answer

There will be not be transportation provided for the wedding ceremony or reception. There will be a shuttle option to the welcome dinner.

What if I'm not able to take the ski lift to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are unable to take the ski lift to the ceremony location you will need to contact Whitney or Logan for further instructions and alternative options.
