Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We want to make sure that we have enough space and resources to accommodate all of our family and friends; therefore, invites are only for those listed on the invitation.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones, but we have decided to keep our wedding day adults only. We encourage you to use this night as a night out! We appreciate you making prior arrangements to celebrate with us!

What is the suggested attire?

Answer

Cocktail & Semi-Formal Summer Wedding Attire: We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Please avoid wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride, as well as dusty blue. Please avoid wearing shorts and jeans. We recommend you wear comfortable shoes, as there will be an uneven and grassy terrain!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To have adequate resources for the wedding and reception, please RSVP by July 15th, 2025. If we have not received an RSVP by this date, it is automatically assumed you are not attending.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30 pm. Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to park and find yourself a seat.

Is there parking for the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking! Guests are also free to leave their vehicles overnight if they choose to get a ride home. Please pick up your cars no later than 9:00 AM on September 7th, 2025.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do!". We have hired professionals to capture the moments for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like. We also ask that you please refrain from posting photos or videos of the bride and groom on social media until they have had a chance to do so first!

What if I can't make it?

Answer

If you cannot make it to our wedding, please RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. You will be so missed, but we understand!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All outdoors! Please plan accordingly for early Oregon September weather. Average temp: 76 degrees.

Is there wifi or cell services?

Answer

The venue is located in a beautiful private park nestled in a canyon! Unfortunately, there is no cell service, but we will be providing wifi for our vendors and emergency situations. We encourage you to use this time to unplug and enjoy the outdoors!

Where should we stay?

Answer

Our venue is located in North Plains, OR. We have decided not to do a hotel block to give our guests the freedom to stay at a place most comfortable for them. We understand that our families are located in various areas and we don't want to lock our guests into one location. North Plains, OR is about 20 minutes outside of Hillsboro, Oregon and about 35 minutes from Portland, OR. Both areas offer multiple lodging options.
