Question

Is the resort all inclusive?

Answer

Yes! The price you are paying includes your stay and all food and drinks at the resort and taxes as well.

Question

How many nights can I stay?

Answer

There is a minimum 3 night stay required when booking a room. Our room block is from 7/13 to 7/18, so you can stay for any length of time within those dates. You are not required to stay for that entire length of time. If you wish to arrive earlier or stay later, please contact customercare@libertytravel.com to make arrangements.

When do we pay for our room?

Answer

A $150 per person deposit is due by November 28th, 2022. Please know that this is a soft deadline and you will not be locked out of this trip if you do not make a deposit by this date. Please contact our travel agent with any questions or concerns! All final payments will need to be made by February 20, 2024. You can pay on your room ANYTIME between your deposit and final payment due date.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

All guests planning to attend need a valid passport. Your passport also cannot expire within 6 months of traveling. Please check your passport expiration date well before your travel date. Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Please refer to your wedding invitation. If you are attending with a guest, but aren't sure who that person is yet, no worries! Simply book your room as a single occupant and add your guest on at a later date (but prior to February 2024). This also applies if you need to change the name of your guest! Please reach out to our travel agent, Dorothy, with any concerns or needed assistance.

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Booking your room is your RSVP! We will have access to see the room you select, the names of the guests in the room and your dates of stay.

Are we allowed to use the amenities at Secrets Playa Mujeres?

Answer

Yes! Secrets Playa Mujeres is an adults only resort located right next door. All guests of Dreams that are 18+ have access to Secrets' pools, beach, bars and restaurants! You are essentially getting two resorts for the price of one.

Can kids attend the wedding?

Answer

We are allowing children at all wedding events. However, the resort does offer childcare services for an additional cost if you wish to use it. There is also Explorer's Club For Kids ages 3-12, offering video games, big screen movies, crafts, treasure hunts, sandcastle contests and even a camping adventure. Open daily from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. The Explorer's Club is no extra cost!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that our guests dress Beach Cocktail for the Celebration Events! Please keep in mind when deciding on outfits that it will be sunny and possibly humid so try to pick lighter fabrics. Some restaurants at the resort follow a dress code.
