Question

Where is the wedding taking place and what time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place at Riverbend (1161 Lower Falls Road). Please be sure to arrive anytime between 3:30-3:45pm to enjoy a glass of champagne and the beautiful grounds of Riverbend. The ceremony will begin at 4pm. The cocktail hour and reception will be held back at The American Club.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

Immediately following the ceremony, we ask all guests to make their way back to The American Club for cocktail hour via the available shuttle or their own car. Cocktail hour will take place from 5-6:30pm. Following the cocktail hour, we will proceed to the Great Lakes Ballroom at the American Club for dinner and dancing.

Will transportation be provided? Is there parking at the venues?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service from The American Club, Inn at Woodlake and The Fairfield Inn beginning at 3pm to take you to and from the ceremony at Riverbend. If you prefer to drive, parking is on the west side of the building at Riverbend and you can find free parking near the front entrance of The American Club. For those staying on Kohler property, there will be a Kohler shuttle to take you back to the Inn at Woodlake or Riverbend at the end of the evening. For those staying at The Fairfield Inn, we will be providing a shuttle to take you back to your hotel at the end of the evening.

How Do I RSVP?

Answer

We hope you’ll be able to join us for our special day! With your invitation, there is an RSVP card that you can fill out and return to us.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be black tie optional. The Welcome Party on Friday will be country club casual.

While we love your children, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event.
