If the hotel block is full, there are several other hotels right downtown in walking distance of the reception venue that may be less expensive. There are tons of other hotels not in walking distance that would be easy to get to with an Uber or Lyft. Around 20-minute drive to Downtown Greenville. Ubers are easy to use in Greenville. The Westin Poinsett also offers a complimentary airport shuttle to/from Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport for Westin Poinsett Hotel guests with reservations. Call 864-421-9700 to schedule pickups/drop-offs (must be done 24 hrs in advance). Charlotte Douglas Airport is about a 1 hour 15-minute drive to Greenville.
