We’re finally getting married!

Hien and Peter first met as teens at a church retreat on April 21, 2006. It was during this encounter where the two realized they had a great connection. As the retreat grew to an end, their connection would have to take a pause because they didn’t exchange contacts. A week later, she found Peter on Myspace through a mutual friend. This was the moment where Hien was hoping to rekindle what was found during the retreat. They quickly became friends and talked on the phone everyday. With Hien's quirky personality, she stole his heart but Hien friend-zoned Peter. :(          As months passed by with endless talking, Hien considered Peter to be one of her best friends.  Peter waited patiently until the right moment to ask her to be his girlfriend. It was during a 2006 church festival that Peter grew his courage to walk up to her and confidently asks her the big question, “Will you be my girlfriend?” At this point, Hien literally tore down the friend-zone wall she created and quickly said, “YES!” The two have been around each other for a long time, met and started dating at the right time, and are finally getting married at the best time!
