Some love stories begin in fairy tales… ours began in middle school. We met at 12 years old and knew there was a spark between us. Life took us on different paths, but no matter where we went, we never truly let go. We stayed connected, cheered each other on from afar, and tucked those childhood feelings safely in our hearts. Years later, by God’s grace and perfect timing, we found our way back to one another. We prayed for this—prayed that someday we’d reconnect, and those prayers were answered in the most beautiful way. For the past five years, we’ve built a life full of love, laughter, and little miracles. David stepped into the lives of Jacob and Mackenzie and became the dad they deserved loving, patient, steady, and proud of them every step of the way. Then came our sweet twins, Emily and Elliott, who blessed our family with even more joy (and twice the giggles and chaos!). Maybe we didn’t do things in the “traditional” order, but we did them in our perfect order. We created a home filled with love, blended our beautiful family, and chose each other every day. Now, surrounded by our four amazing children, family, and friends, we are so grateful to finally become husband and wife just like we have always dreamed about. This is our forever.
