What about Covid-19?

The corona virus has rocked our world this year! We know that not everyone will be comfortable at a wedding in the midst of a pandemic! We completely understand, and we wish so badly things were different. But alas - it is real and this is what we have to navigate around. If you are high risk, and would like to be sat at a table by yourself (with your guest/family). Please let me know. I can most certainly make this happen. 904-662-1274

Masks?

Answer

We are asking that you please wear your mask: in the bar line, in the buffet line, and in the bathoom. "If not eating, drinking, or dancing - please wear a mask" Additionally, we will provide RED WRIST BANDS to anyone that is high risk or wants one. The signal of the wristband allows others a visual cue to respect their distance / wear a mask if interacting with that person.

Transportation to Wedding

Answer

Since the event space is only 1 mile from the hotel, we are not providing any kind of organized transportation to/from the wedding. Pensacola does operate Uber/Lyft/ taxi cab service. The Wedding Venue, Court of De Luna, has plenty of parking, and you are welcome to leave your car their overnight, if the occasion should call for it.

-Ceremony (Outside) -Dinner Service Immediately to Follow (Inside) -Dancing and Memory Making -We will ring in the NEW YEAR together with fireworks at midnight! And the wedding will end shortly after. -Hang around to see where the bridal party heads downtown to continue the celebration!

Children & a Late-Night Wedding

We are juggling ideas for a "kids zone" for little littles to sleep during the late hours of the reception. We have 5 nephews and 1 niece under the age of 8 - so we get it!! Text me if you want more details! 904-662-1274
