Mario and Sarah met while working at The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe. Mario was a purchasing manager and Sarah was an event planner for the fine dining restaurant. Mario whispered to his co worker, "I am going to marry that girl" , while Sarah whispered to her coworker "why does that guy keep staring at me". Two very different beginnings, however once they went on their first date, it was an instant connection. Mario took Sarah to play basketball in downtown Reno, right by the Truckee river. For the record, Mario LET Sarah win at horse, or so he says :) It was such a different first date, and they both appreciated the willingness to something different. Every since that first date, the two have become completely inseparable. Some of their favorite memories together since then are traveling to different states to watch Mario's favorite Mexican Soccer team, America. They have been to both Arizona and Texas to watch the team. Sarah took Mario to his first professional MLB game in San Francisco, and showed him around the bay area where she grew up. They have also traveled to Southern California, Las Vegas, and all throughout the Northern Nevada and Sierra area. They also enjoy raising our fur babies Shadow and Willy. Sarah mentioned one of her favorite things about Mario is that he is the hardest working person she knows, and he is always willing to help anyone in need. He is completely selfless and will do anything for the people he loves and cares about in his life. He also can make friends with LITERALLY anyone. Mario mentioned one of his favorite things about Sarah is her smile and eyes. He also loves her spunk and sense of humor. He loves how she is so family oriented and will also, like him, do anything for the people in her life. He loves to hear her laugh and nothing makes him happier than her seeing her happy.
