Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive and be seated by 5:15 PM to ensure a smooth and timely start. If you're taking the shuttle from the hotel, it will depart at 4:45 PM sharp. Please be in the hotel lobby a few minutes early so you don’t miss the ride! If you're driving, allow a little extra time for parking and walking to the ceremony space. We recommend arriving at the venue by 5:00 PM.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you please RSVP as soon as you can, to organize with vendors. However, the deadline is March 22nd, 2026 You can RSVP directly on this website under the RSVP tab. If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help. Thank you so much! We can’t wait to celebrate with you on May 22, 2026!

Can I bring a date?

We love that you want to share this special day with someone close to you! Invitations have been extended to guests individually or as couples, depending on the invitation you received. If your invitation includes a plus one, please feel free to bring your guest. If not, we kindly ask that you attend solo so we can accommodate everyone comfortably. If you have any questions about your invitation or your guest situation, please reach out—we’re happy to clarify!

Yes! There is ample parking available onsite at the venue for all guests

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will be dearly missed! We ask that you RSVP "no" as soon as possible. If you have RSVP'd "Yes," but find that you will not be able to make it please notify the bride!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal is the dress code we kindly ask you to come in! Think polished and elegant but not overly formal. For women, think cocktail attire, maxi dresses, skirts and a blouse, a nice pantsuit. For men, suits or dress shirts with a tie is optional. Aim for a refined look that you feel comfortable in to celebrate and mask the May Virginia heat! Lastly, the venue is majority grass and brick, it may be suitable to wear a dress shoe that will be comfortable in these settings!
