Matthew and Shelby briefly met at Northway Church in Dallas and matched on Hinge seven months later. Their first date at Katy Trail Ice House left a lasting impression, and just a few weeks later on October 27, 2022, Matthew asked Shelby to be his girlfriend. From there, countless memories were made — from concerts and sports games to family vacations across the country — proving they were meant to be together forever. On June 7, 2025, Matthew proposed to Shelby at Lakeside Park in Dallas. The Lord has so kindly blessed this relationship and our amazing family and friends have supported us daily as we set the foundation to build our lives together. We love you all so much and are beyond excited to celebrate the covenant of marriage!
