What should I wear?

Answer

Preferred attire is semi-formal or cocktail. Venue is a rooftop near the water, so be prepared for lots of sunshine and maybe a little wind. In the case of inclement weather, ceremony and reception will be held inside.

Where do I park?

Answer

You don’t…there is NO PARKING at The White Room. Please plan to use ride-share, the local trolley, or walk.

How do I get there?

Answer

The White Room is located on the third floor of a yellow building on the corner of King Street and Avenida Menendez. You will enter the lobby from King Street where staff will direct you to the ceremony. There are stairs, as well as an elevator and wheelchair lift for accessibility to the rooftop.

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes- and lots of it! There will be passed appetizers during cocktail hour and a sit-down dinner served at the reception.

Will there be *drinks*?

Answer

Also yes. There is an open bar during cocktail hour and throughout the reception. Drinks are covered but please be prepared to tip our amazing bartenders.

What time should I arrive?

The venue opens to guests at 4:00 and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30.

Can I bring a guest?

At this time, our final guest count and menu selections have already been submitted, so we are unable to accommodate any additional guests.

Sure! We do have two requests though: 1. (in the nicest way possible) Stay out of the photographer’s way! Her job is to capture all of our special moments, so please be respectful of her space/view/shots. 2. Use our hashtags #hisandhernandez and #ridinroundwiththatnina

Are there any COVID precautions?

Answer

While our venue does not require proof of vaccination or negative test, we recognize the ongoing presence of COVID-19 and respect the health of each of our guests. Please help us keep everyone safe by monitoring your own health in the days leading up to the wedding and informing us immediately of any possible exposure. We want our day to be memorable, but preferably not for being the great super-spreader of 2022 :)
