The dress code is cocktail attire/semi formal. We want you to take the opportunity to dress up a bit! Generally, guys wear suit and tie and women wear knee length (or longer) dresses or dressy separates. We also suggest comfortable shoes; there will be limited seating for the cocktail hour and dancing at the reception!

We will have an open bar with beer, seltzers, wine, and liquor. No outside alcohol is allowed. Alcohol free options will also be available.
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We will have a professional photographer :) However, we would love to see any photos/video from the reception! We will have a QR code at the wedding so you can upload them there.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held inside on the first floor. There are also bathrooms on the first floor. Several rooms have a step to enter but we can help grab you appetizers and cake if needed!
There will be limited seating during cocktail hour. Please reserve for the elderly or those in need! Wear shoes you are comfortable standing in for an hour or so.
Please utilize Uber and Lyft if needed! The Holiday Inn Grand Rapids- Airport the hotel will provide a shuttle to and from the venue the wedding night! Please see the “Travel & Hotels” tab for more hotel information.
The ceremony and reception are at the same location- Venue3Two. We have the venue til 11:00 pm so prepare for an evening of celebrating!

No, following the ceremony we will go directly into cocktail hour (includes appetizers).
We will have a dinner buffet beginning at approximately 6 pm.
Typically, November 1st ranges from 40’s to mid 50’s during the day. However sometimes Michigan is known for having snow that time of year! Please check the weather forecast before packing/getting dressed!
We will have ushers to guide you to your seat, however, we aren’t too picky! The bride will be on the left side of the room and groom on the right.
We will have assigned tables for the reception. These will be indicated with a seating chart.
Check out the “Things to do” tab on this website for more information. Grand Rapids has a lot of options but there we name a few of our favorites! ExperienceGR.com has a ton more ideas.
