Hannah's family had planned a trip to Disney World in Orlando Florida, in early November 2019 for the Disney Christmas party. Hannah has always loved the Disney parks and movies, but Hannah had no clue that Dylan had planned her dream proposal by the famed Disney castle. It started off with an early day waking up at 3 am to go to the airport. They arrived to the resort around noon and after dropping off their bags, traveled to Disney's Magic Kingdom, where the castle is located. For some reason someone let Hannah suggest to ride Splash Mountain first (a water ride!), but Dylan was prepared with a poncho, so she didn't ruin her hair or makeup. After that, they started making their way towards the castle and Dylan started becoming oddly quiet, but Hannah didn't think much of it. That's when Hannah's sister suggested they take a rehearsed short cut by the castle to find the wishing well. As they got closer, Hannah realized that her family stopped walking with them, to leave her and Dylan alone. Dylan starting becoming extremely sentimental, and it didn't take long for Hannah to realize what was happening. Dylan dropped to one knee and took out a beautiful ring. She obviously said yes! Dylan had come prepared with matching Disney proposal T-shirts. After the tears were dried, they changed into those shirts and donned Bride & Groom Mickey ears, and enjoyed the rest of their enchanted vacation.
Dylan and Hannah will be having a small ceremony in Kentucky at Red River Gorge with their parents, maid of honor, and best man. Since they can not travel to Scotland at this time due to Covid 19. The reception will still take place November 15th at Brookshire. We can not wait to get married and celebrate with you all!
