The Windsor Court

There is a room block at The Windsor Court for the Hickman/Ribera Wedding from 2/22 - 2/25/24. Room Cutoff Dates (Last day to book at block rate): 1/22/2024. Transportation will be available the day of the wedding to the church, then to the reception, and returning to the hotel at the end of the evening. Shuttle service begins loading at 6:15pm for a 6:30pm sharp departure.

There is a room block at The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel New Orleans for the Hickman/Ribera Wedding from 2/23 - 2/25/24. Room Cutoff Dates (Last day to book at block rate): 1/24/24. Two night minimum. Reservations can be made for the 3 day block or for 2 of the days. If you need dates outside of the block, please contact our event manager, Tionnie Hasty, at 504-212-3730. Transportation will be available the day of the wedding departing from The Windsor Court Hotel (across the street from The DoubleTree) to the church, then to the reception, and returning to the hotel at the end of the evening. Shuttle service begins loading at The Windsor Court Hotel at 6:15pm for a 6:30pm sharp departure.
