We’re Getting Married!

It all started summer of 2023, in the most romantic place on Earth… Camden, New Jersey — at a 50 Cent concert. Sam was there with her sister, cousins, and the vibe salon crew, Michael was there with his cousins, and thanks to some perfectly timed family matchmaking (and maybe a little magic from 50 himself), their paths crossed. One minute they were vibing to “In Da Club,” and the next, they were meeting the person that would change their lives forever. From that night on, they’ve been inseparable. A couple weeks before Christmas—during one of the most stressful weeks of Sam’s year (finals week!)—Michael pulled off the most magical surprise. After a cozy night at the Holiday festival in her hometown, they ended up back at her parents’ house, the one she grew up in. As the night was ending Madeline walked into the room, wearing a shirt that read, “Samantha, will you marry my daddy?” and holding a bouquet of flowers. Moments later, surrounded by Samantha’s parents, Michael’s cousin Lauren, and the warm glow of the Christmas tree, Michael got down on one knee. She said yes through happy tears. And just when she thought the moment couldn’t get any sweeter, Michael’s parents and Samantha’s childhood best friend, Marisa, walked through the door to surprise them. It was a night full of love, magic, and the best gift of all—forever.
