FAQs

The Wedding Website of Heylie Harvell and Wesley Lowman
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We’re tying the knot at 4:00 PM sharp among the vines, so plan to arrive by 3:30 PM to find your seat, and settle in. It’s all close friends and family—so come early, catch up, and don’t be fashionably late (just fashionable 😉)!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Our venue luckily has onsite parking in the front, and parking in case of needing overflow.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate with all our family—including the kiddos! Where it made sense, we’ve included little ones on the invitations. However, to make sure everyone enjoys the day, we kindly suggest considering childcare if possible. We understand that travel (and life) can make arranging care or even bringing them, tricky. If your little ones do join, the house at the front of the venue (where the bridal party got ready) is a cozy spot to take breaks, breathe, or escape for a moment. We just want everyone to have the best time celebrating with us!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so happy to celebrate with everyone named on your invitation! To keep our day intimate and special, we kindly ask that only invited guests attend. We’ve thoughtfully included significant others and full households where it made sense, so please understand that additional guests or dates can’t be accommodated. Thanks so much for understanding and helping us make the day wonderful for all!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by April 27th, 2026! This is timeframe has been chosen so we can finalize all the details and make sure everything is perfect for you! The sooner, the better—we’re so excited to celebrate with you!

Question

Is there transportation to and from hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from their accommodations during the weekend. Our bridal party will be traveling together earlier in the day since they’ll be getting ready at the venue, but beyond that, we recommend planning your own travel arrangements. Please reach out if you need any help with local hotel suggestions or anything else logistical for the weekend and big day!

Question

What’s the vibe of the reception?

Answer

The evening will start with a romantic, relaxed atmosphere and gradually turn into a full celebration. As the night goes on, expect upbeat music, lots of dancing, and a lively dance floor. We’re big dancers, our friends are big dancers, and we can’t wait to celebrate with everyone! We hope guests feel comfortable enjoying the evening in whatever way feels best for them, whether that means dancing all night or heading out earlier after sharing in the celebration.

Question

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes—beer and wine will be available for guests of legal drinking age. The reception will have a laid-back, casual drinking atmosphere focused on celebrating, dancing, and enjoying time together. We hope guests feel free to participate in whatever way feels most comfortable to them.
