When is the RSVP deadline? How do I RSVP?

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both the wedding ceremony and reception will take place at The Chadwick in Wexford, PA. Once you arrive, there is no travel needed until the end of the reception! Our ceremony only is currently restricted to our parents and grandparents at this time. We hope to live stream the ceremony into the reception venue, which will be open to guests during the ceremony time (5:00pm).

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors - however, it is restricted to our parents and grandparents at this time. We hope to live stream the ceremony into the reception venue, which will be open to guests during the ceremony time (5:00pm). Our cocktail hour and reception will occur indoors -- all our guests are invited to these events.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the cocktail hour area in the reception room, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

What time should I arrive? Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive about 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, around 4:30-4:45pm, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! Parking is free at The Chadwick, and there is a large lot for all of our guests on-site.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! There is a free shuttle from the Hyatt Place Pittsburgh/Cranberry Township to the Chadwick for our guests. Please view the 'Travel' tab for more information.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, and can make accommodations if you're unable to find childcare for the evening. Please let us know if you are in need of an extra seat and kids' meal for your young ones. *Please note that this is an open-bar wedding*

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes!! Please use our wedding hashtag so we can keep track of all our guests' photos: #HetrickEverAfter!
