Is this a wedding?

Sort of! Think of this as a wedding reception. We will be getting married the day prior with only immediate family in attendance.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by January 7, 2026.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have an optional room block reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Sarasota-Bradenton Airport for March 6 through March 8. Please use the link located in the Travel tab of this website to reserve your room.

Is there a dress code?

We request guests wear cocktail attire to the reception.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you’re prompted to add a guest when you RSVP, congratulations, it means we have reserved that option for you.

Are kids welcome?

We respectfully request kids do not attend the reception.

I have a food allergy or preference; can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do! You should be prompted to provide us with any dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can be sure to accommodate you. If not, please reach out to Logan or Emily.

Is there parking for the event?

Answer

Bavaro's has a dedicated parking lot although guests are encouraged to use ride sharing services such as Uber or Lyft or the free Sarasota Bay Runner Trolley.
