To help us with our planning please RSVP to our wedding as soon as possible. However, the deadline is 31st July 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, unfortunately we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you can understand.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed on your invitation. Otherwise, we kindly ask that only the named people on the invitation are in attendance.
If you would like to reserve a room for the night of our wedding, please contact either Luke or Abbie and we will happily arrange this for you. Please bare in mind that rooms are limited so we are unfortunately unable to guarantee a room for all of our guests. The cost of the room is £100 per night which includes Beamish Hall's timelessly styled bedroom and a cooked to order full English breakfast the following morning. Via A1(M): At junction 63, take the A693/A167 exit to Chester-Le-Street/Stanley and follow the A693 for approximately 5 miles. Exit the A693 following the brown road sings marked "Beamish Hall". Turn left at the main Beamish Museum entrance and continue to follow the road until you reach us. Via A69: Follow A69 to A1 slip road to A695/Gateshead/City (Centre)/A1(M) and merge onto A1. At junction 68, take the A692/B1426 exit to Consett Team Valley. Follow A692 to A6076, Sunniside. Turn left off A6076 onto Beamish Burn Road and follow the brown road signs until you reach us. We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones are put away and silenced. We would like everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you! Other than the ceremony, Yes! Please take as many photos and videos as you like.
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code is semi-formal but formal is preferred. Please reserve the colour black for our wedding party.
Because the ceremony begins promptly at 12:30pm, we would recommend you aim to arrive between 11:30-12:00 to make sure you are seated on time.
