Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Letort Elementary School (561 Letort Rd, Washington Boro, PA 17582) to get the shuttle to the ceremony between 3:00-3:30pm. The last shuttle will be at 3:30pm, so the earlier you arrive, the better. Please see the shuttle details tab for more details.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal garden party. For women some examples would be floral patterns, patterns, colorful dresses or jumpsuits, etc. For men suits or dress pants. Please no jeans. Please note, the ceremony and reception will be outside in grass so please dress comfortably for the atmosphere! Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate plus ones for everyone. Whoever your invitation is addressed to and who is on the RSVP is who is invited.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be transportation from the hotel to the ceremony. You will need to get to Letort Elementary and park there to get the shuttle to the ceremony. Please see the shuttle details tab for more information. There will be a shuttle at the end of the night from the reception to Lancaster City (near the hotel).

Can cars be left overnight at Letort Elementary School?

Answer

Yes - cars may be left overnight at Letort Elementary and be picked up the next morning.
