Emily and Nick met at a blind date at Extra Virgin in NYC with the help of our “matchmaker” team of Sarah (Emily’s best friend) and Mary Jo (Nick’s Mother) in Upstate NY. Both Nick and Emily were fiercely independent at the time – Emily living in Hoboken and building her career in NJ and Nick in Brooklyn. However, despite agreeing to a first date as a favor to their family and friends, they started to realize how much they had in common and the potential that this romance could blossom into something very special. Both Emily and Nick come from large families and value quality time spent with their parents, siblings, aunts and uncles, their cousins and their children. They enjoy all that the city has to offer and like to try new restaurants, theater, sporting events, fashion and general spontaneity. They currently live in a cozy home in Morristown, NJ with their dog, Caesar. Emily and Nick are excited to have you join their wedding at Pleasantdale Chateau as they start the next chapter of their lives as husband and wife!
