What’s the exact date?

We have the beautiful location booked from September 15th through the morning of September the 18th. Our wedding will be hosted the day of the 16th. You are welcome to join us the following day for fun at the lake and hanging out.

Where can I stay? For your guests needing Offsite Lodging there are 2 Property Management Companies in Kirkwood that we recommend. There are more AirBnB’s that they can book as well, we just aren’t as familiar with each of them, a. Kirkwood, Vail Resorts, 775.309.9058 groups@vailresorts.com b. The Flying Wedge Kirkwood Cabins, 916.956.2131, rockyridge@jps.com Unless invited personally from bride and groom. Off site lodging is available at nearby resorts and hotels. Here are some options to look into. 12 miles south of the venue we have- The Lodge at Kirkwood Timber Ridge Sun Meadows The Mountain Club Meadows Region If you are open to camping, we have a limited number of people that are able to. Please contact the Bride or Groom if willing.

This is the middle of September. Anything could happen. Beautiful warm sunny day, rain, snow, fire smoke. Keep checking in on the forecast leading up, as well as bring a jacket for the cool nights.

This is a multi day venue. We have a private lake, hot tub, hiking trails all right here. Bring it all. Please bring your bathing suit, sunscreen, tennis shoes, towels The lake is catch and release for those who want to fish.
