Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

They ceremony is scheduled to start at 4:00. Please arrive by 3:45.

Answer

Please RSVP by June 20, 2020

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot, free of charge at the venue.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception is indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is dressy casual. Please no jeans or sneakers. Weather permitting the ceremony will be outdoors so please plan accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

Due to necessity rather than choice, we hope you understand that children are only invited if named.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Do to limited numbers we are unable to accommodate a plus one for every guest. Your RSVP will indicate how many seats we have reserved for you.

What steps are you taking to prevent the spread of Covid-19?

Answer

* There will be hand washing and hand sanitizing stations through the venue. * Masks are not required but if you fee more comfortable with one there will be a limited number available or you may bring your own from home.

I don’t feel comfortable attending the wedding due to health reasons, are they’re any special accommodations?

Answer

We are still working on a finalized plan, but would like to have a livestream of the ceremony for friends and family who are unable to attend. If you are interested in this option please email us at HersheyCoyleWedding@gmail.com

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please refer to the travel section of our wedding website for hotel recommendations. We do not have a hotel block reserved.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

No, there is not.

Yes, we are registered at Bed Bath & Beyond and The Container Store.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We ask that the ceremony be unplugged and a no camera or phone zone. After the ceremony feel free to use your phone for the cocktail hour and reception and post your photos!
