When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 1, 2024. If you can not make it we will miss you and we appreciate you letting us know in advance!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have provided a block of rooms under the Gifford/Riley wedding block at the Hayes Street Hotel for any guests who would like to book there. There are also a few hotels that we put on the Travel page of this website that we recommend since they are walking distance to the ceremony location. If you would like to find your own place to stay you also have that option. There are plenty of airbnbs and other hotels in the city of nashville!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kids are welcome, but it is also an open bar.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 1pm, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early.

Keep it classy! Semi-formal is appropriate This should go without saying, but no Hawaiian shirts or shorts please :)

Since there is alcohol what do we do about driving?

Answer

We will be providing transportation from the ceremony to the reception and from the reception back to the Hayes Street hotel in midtown! There are tons of hotels including the hotel block we have provided that will be walking distance to the ceremony, so transportation is not necessary.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be transportation to the reception from the ceremony and the ceremony is in an accessible location for walking to or ubering to, but if you must drive there is parking both at the ceremony location and the reception location.

Is There An After Party?

Answer

Absolutely! Being in music city there will be tons of live music going on around us. The hotel blocks we have provided are walking distance to Midtown Nashville where there are plenty of bars with live music we will plan on going to. So stay tuned!
