This will be a camp wedding! We will enjoy camp snacks, yard games, campfires, and more. Come prepared to play and socialize.
We will be serving a casual full meal. We will not be serving alcohol. Feel free to bring a side dish or dessert to share with your table. If you have an allergy or special request, contact Abby at (234) 802-2076.
Weather permitting, both ceremony and reception will be hosted outdoors. Plan ahead for the day's temperature. Wear shoes that are appropriate for grass and gravel. Dress nice, perhaps slightly nicer than church attire. (Examples: Button-ups and khakis/dress pants. Dresses/skirts/jumpsuits and wedges.) Please do not wear white and consider wearing fall colors. It is recommended that guests bring a change of clothes if they want to participate in gaga ball, rock climbing, or canoeing.
We would love to have an unlimited number of guests, but we are limited by venue and budget. Please only bring a plus one if you are invited to, and make sure you tell us they're coming!
We want our wedding to be a relaxing experience for everyone, which is why we have decided to limit child attendees to a few close relatives. Thank you for understanding and making the necessary arrangements to leave the kids at home!
We will have signage indicating guest parking. Closer parking will be reserved for our handicapped and older guests. Be prepared to park on the outskirts of the camp.
In the spirit of summer camp, we will be having an unplugged ceremony. Phones will be turned off during the ceremony, and our hired photographer will take pictures. During the reception, phones are allowed, and so are photos and videos! Please tag us in any photos or videos you share.
