Is there a dress code?

The dress code is cocktail attire. We invite guests to dress in semi-formal style—suits or jackets for men, and cocktail dresses or dressy separates for women. Please no jeans or casual wear.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our day at our venue, Fortune Valley Manor, will be a combination of both options! We plan to have an outdoor ceremony on the beautiful 35-acre property and reception in the elegant indoor barn.

We love your enthusiasm to share the day with someone special! To help us accommodate all our guests comfortably in the venue, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitations. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We love your little ones, but we hope you enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Our ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 pm. You are welcome to arrive between 2:00pm - 2:30pm.

What if I arrive late to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins promptly at 3pm. If you arrive late to the venue, do not panic! Keep in mind, however, that you will not be permitted to drive down to the parking lot until the ceremony is over. This policy ensures that the special moments are not disrupted by traffic. If you do arrive late, you will have two options: 1) The venue will provide valet service and permit you to walk down to the barn and ceremony area. They will drive you car down to the lot after the ceremony, park for you, and return your keys. 2) You can wait until after the ceremony is over and drive down to park you car when one of Fortune Valley Manor's employees lets you know that the ceremony is over and traffic will no longer cause a disruption.

Will transportation be provided from the hotel?

Will the ceremony be unplugged?
Answer
Yes! We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us. Don’t worry—our photographer will capture all the special moments for you to enjoy later.
