Question

What is the wedding itinerary?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 4:00pm, followed directly by cocktail hour at 4:30pm. The reception will begin at 5:30 pm and end at 11pm.

Question

What is the easiest way to get to and from Rosewood Farms?

Answer

We have complimentary bus shuttles that will run before the ceremony and at the end of the reception from the Courtyard by Marriott and Hyatt Place. The shuttles will be leaving each hotel at 3:05PM and will leave the venue at the conclusion of the reception likely around 11:05PM. If you prefer to drive your own car there is parking available at Rosewood Farms. Please reach out to us (hellgothwedding@gmail.com) if you plan to leave your car overnight so we can inform the venue. All parked cars need to be retrieved before 9 AM on Sunday 6/21.

Are there other events for the weekend?

6/19 Welcome Drinks: Timothy's of Newark 7-10 PM The groom’s family invites everyone in town to come kick off the weekend with drinks and apps—drop in anytime. Address: 100 Creek View RdNewark, DE 19711 Dress Code: Come as you are! Many guests have shared with us that they plan to wear sun dresses, khaki shorts/pants, polos, and summer blouses. 6/21 Breakfast 8-11 AM Join the groom’s family for a complimentary breakfast at the Courtyard by Marriott. All wedding guests are invited to join, regardless of where you are staying. Address: 400 David Hollowell Dr, Newark, DE 19716 Dress Code: Casual! Come in PJs or your comfy travel outfit!

Will the event be inside or outside?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception are indoors. Cocktail hour is a mix of inside and outside!

Will there be photographers & can I take photos?

Answer

Yes, we will have a professional photographer. We ask guests to refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony to help everyone be fully present. Afterward, feel free to snap away (and send them to us after!)! We will be happy to share professional photos once we get them.

What is the dress code for the wedding night?

Answer

The dress code is formal. We kindly request dresses/slacks & blouses for women and suits, ties, or jackets for men. As a friendly reminder, we ask that guests refrain from wearing white, cream, or ivory. We can't wait to see everyone looking their best!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

It is really important to us that we are surrounded by our closest friends and family for this very important day. If your invitation says "+1" or includes your partner's name, then we would love for them to join us in the celebrations! Thank you for helping us create this intimate atmosphere for our big day!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Rosewood Farms in Elkton, Maryland. These three events will happen immediately after each other and there is no need to travel in between them!

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions/allergies?

Answer

Yes! Our caterer will accommodate any dietary restrictions/allergies as long as we know beforehand. We hope you already designated your allergies on the RSVP, but if anything changes please let us know (hellgothwedding@gmail.com) ASAP! We plan to clearly mark common allergens during cocktail hour as well.
