What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Black Tie Optional! It will be October, so the weather could vary. We are aiming for an outdoor ceremony, so make sure to dress accordingly with jackets or shawls if needed! Men: Dark suit and tie. Women: A midi or floor-length dress. Please note that black tie optional does not mean you must wear black, and that tuxedos are an option, but not required! Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend booking your lodging through Liberty Mountain Resort. All wedding events will be held on the premises, and there are over 100 different rooms to choose from! Please note that while the events are held in the Highland Lodge, most of the room inventory is in the buildings right next door at the Fairway Hotel and Alpine Lodge. You can call 717-387-7941 and provide the following code for the room rate discount: SLIBHW25

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is free parking for all guests at Liberty Mountain Resort, where both the ceremony and reception will be held.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All +1s will be indicated on your Save the Date and Invitation. Outside of this, we aren't able to accommodate additional guests!

Are children invited to attend?

Answer

While we love your little ones as much as we love you, the ceremony and reception are adult only affairs. We hope you are able to treat this occasion as a fun date night, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

We ask that all guests please RSVP by October 1, 2025, to give our venue enough time to prepare!
