What if there’s bad weather?!

Answer

The ranch has a big white tent supplied with lighting/heat/AC that we can use should the weather not be on our side! But what’s Oregon without a little rain?!

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Our venue allows us to supply beer and wine only to our guests on wedding day. We will have plenty of local options to choose from! And the tab's on us!

What type of food will be served?

Answer

Ash Woodfired Pizza will be bringing their wood-fired pizza truck to the venue! We will be serving various types of fresh pizza and salad made with local Columbia Gorge ingredients!

What should I do with the pictures I take?

Answer

Post them and hashtag #YouHadMeAtHerrero so we can find them after the wedding!!

I can bring my RV?!

Answer

YES you can!! Our venue charges $25 to park on our venue site and stay the night. This is a safe option if you plan on drinking and don't want to stay too far away. You can show up as early as 3pm July 3rd, but must be packed up and leaving by 10am the following day. Sorry, no hookups.

Are masks required?

Answer

You may absolutely wear your mask to our wedding, however we will not provide them, so remember to bring your own! Masks are not required. There is plenty of room to spread out at our venue, the entire party will be held outdoors.

I want to take the best route from PDX to the venue, which way should I go??

Answer

While you can get to the venue driving on either the Washington side or Oregon side, we highly recommend the Washington side :) Follow the signs to I-205 from PDX, then use WA-14 all the way to Skamania County where you will take Wind Mountain Road to Erickson Road to arrive at the venue. It adds 9 min, but you avoid a toll. So worth it! Enjoy your drive!!
