Q+A

Question

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by April, 12th 2026 so we can finalize our headcount.

Question

What happens if I don’t RSVP?

Answer

If we don’t receive your RSVP by the deadline, we’ll unfortunately have to assume you’re unable to attend. We need an accurate headcount for seating and catering, so please let us know as soon as possible.

Question

What if I need to change my RSVP?

Answer

Life happens! Just let us know right away if your plans shift so we can update our headcount. The sooner, the better!

Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins, to allow time for parking and seating.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration, unless specified on your invite. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Can someone else attend in my place if I can’t make it?

Answer

As much as we love meeting new people, our guest list is set and we’re unable to accept substitutions. Please RSVP only for the guests listed on your invitation. If you can’t attend, we’ll be thinking of you and hope to celebrate together another time!

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Only those listed on the invitation are invited. We appreciate your cooperation so we can accommodate everyone comfortably.

Question

Is the reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Cocktail hour will take place outdoors but under a covered area. Dinner and dancing will be held indoors for everyone’s comfort.

Question

What is the distance between the church and the reception venue?

Answer

Holy Cross Catholic Church in Orlando and The Venue at Gentry Pines in Saint Cloud are approximately 25 miles apart. On a Friday around 4:30–5:00 PM, the drive typically takes 40–50 minutes, depending on traffic.
