What time should guests arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving at least 20-30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow plenty of time to park, find your seat, and get settled. We don’t want anyone missing the big moment!

Will the wedding events be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We’re taking it outside! All wedding events — ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing under the stars — will be outdoors. Since it’s August, Mother Nature might bring the heat, so plan for sunshine! Think breezy outfits, sunscreen, sunglasses, maybe even a stylish hat. We’ll have shade, fans, and cold drinks to keep things cool (literally and figuratively).

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, summer cocktail attire! Think polished, festive, and ready to hit the dance floor. For the ladies, sundresses or cocktail dresses in light, breezy fabrics are perfect! Feel free to lean into fun colors, flowy silhouettes, and summer flair. Keep in mind the celebration is on grass, so opt for wedges, block heels, or flats instead of stilettos. For the gents, suits or dress shirts with slacks will do the trick. Leave the jeans and hoodies at home, but bring your best dancing shoes!

Where should I park and is there transportation available?
Answer
We’ll have a shuttle running to and from the hotel, so you can sit back and enjoy the ride, no need to worry about driving! If you prefer to drive yourself, there will also be grass parking available on-site. Please note: rideshares aren’t available in the area, so plan your transportation in advance. Where is the nearest hotel?
Answer
We’ve reserved a hotel block nearby to make things easy for our guests. It’s just a short ride from the venue, and a shuttle will be provided to and from the hotel on the wedding day. Full booking details can be found on our Travel page.

Are kids invited?
Answer
We decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event (the only exception are little ones in our bridal party/ immediate family). Invitations will be specific and include the names of the children who are invited. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Only if your invitation says so! Otherwise, we'll see you solo - don't worry, the dance floor (and open bar) make great company.
