Get lost in the winding roads and medieval alleyways of the Old City! Enjoy a drink or snack on a panoramic terrace, visit the Jewish Quarter, the Ottoman Library, and more.
Don't miss this iconic site-- it only takes 1 hour to tour!
Beautiful day trip from Rhodes. It's accessible via public transportation (12 euros per person roundtrip), land tour (16-18 euros per person) or by boat tour (30 euros per person). We highly recommend the latter since the boats typically stop at Tsambikos Beach and Anthony Quinn Bay for swimming, and have sun decks and amazing views.
Tatiana recommends going on a full-day catamaran cruise to snorkel and swim along Rhodes's south coast!
Dip your toe in Turkish waters during this convenient day trip from Rhodes! It's only a 45-minute ferry from the port, and from there you can explore this coastal town or make your way to Dalyan or even as far as Pamukkale!
Stunning city on the Turkish Mediterranean coast -- only 2 hours away by ferry.
The Acropolis is a must-see! We recommend booking a crack-of-dawn tour before it gets swamped with tourists. It's a 45-minute flight from Rhodes, but you can also do a stopover there on your way to/from the island. We recommend spending 1 or 2 days in Athens!
Our favorite city in the world! So much to see, taste and experience-- we can't recommend visiting enough. Plan for at least 4 nights to make the most out of your stay.
Rhodes is very close (and often has direct flights) to many great spots! Tel Aviv is only 1.5 hours away by plane, Cyprus and Malta are also close by. Not to mention Egypt and Jordan, if you want to make the most out of the trip and see some great sights! There are also direct flights to major European cities, like Amsterdam, Paris, London...
