How do I RSVP?

What if I don’t RSVP on time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by January 18, 2026, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love to celebrate our special day with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors, therefore, no late RSVPs will be accepted. This means you will not be able to show up on the wedding day and have a seat, food or drinks allocated for you.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "(your name) & guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for your understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5 pm. We suggest guests arrive 15-30 minutes before to find seating and get settled in. Refreshments will be available while you wait for the ceremony to begin.

What is the attire?

Answer

Join us for a joyful celebration of love. We are asking all of our guests to dress in semi-formal wear, no jeans please. We are having an outdoor wedding with a lawn ceremony, so wedges over heels might be advisable. We would love to see our family and friends in colors that make you feel happy, except white, which is reserved for the Bride.

Our beautiful wedding party will be in different shades of blue.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love our little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an "Adults Only" event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! Please arrange for transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking!

Do you have any overnight accommodations?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at Margaritaville Lake Resort-Conroe. Please reference the "Hernandez and Phillips Wedding" to receive a discounted rate.

Will there be a gift registry?

Answer

Your prayers and presence are the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you would like to bless us with an additional gift, we would appreciate a contribution toward our Home fund, which can be found under the “Registry” tab
