What should I wear?

Dress Code: Colorful Formal Attire In celebration of our wedding in beautiful Guatemala, we ask our guests to dress in bright, joyful colors. Ladies: Floor-length dresses in vibrant shades such as fuchsia, coral, turquoise, yellow, lemon green (NO dark pallets / Maroon/ Bergundy dresses). Gentlemen: anything except dark blue suits, jeans, and casual wear.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Venue is completely outdoors, weather is cool, not to hot not to cold. A portion of the venue is gravel and grass on the other.

Should I bring cash?

Answer

Yes! lots of locations accept credit cards, but to use Tuk Tuks known to Austin folks as pedicab drivers (charge between 5-10 quetzals), small local stores, and tour sites accept cash only.

Traveling to Antigua from the airport.

Flower Festival

The Festival de las Flores happens yearly in Antigua and it is happening the weekend after our wedding so, the area will be flooded with tourist. The festival focuses on showcasing local Guatemalan talent through intricate, colorful floral art.
