What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Semi-formal is a dress code that is more refined than casual wear but less formal than black-tie attire. Men can wear a suit or blazer with a dress shirt, dress shoes, and a neck tie. Ties are optional, but encouraged! Avoid jeans, joggers, polo shirts, sneakers. Women can wear a dress, dressy jumpsuit, or pantsuit.

Can I bring my kids?

Due to necessity rather than choice, we are inviting children of immediate family only. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off!

When do we need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than August 1st.

Can I bring more people than my allotted number?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation and when you RSVP. We respectfully ask that you do not bring any more guests than your allotted number on your RSVP card.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:00pm. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to get seated and settled before the ceremony starts.

Are the ceremony and reception in the same space?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be located on the East Lawn. The reception will be located in the Grand Ballroom. Both locations are on Little America Hotel grounds.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors. The average high/low temperature in Flagstaff during September is 74/43 degrees, please plan accordingly.

Do we have a hotel block?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block. We do have a discounted rate for rooms at Little America Hotel. Call 1-800-352-4386 and mention Hernandez & Barut Wedding for the discounted rate. The discount is valid until August 22, 2025. Please refer to the Accommodations tab for more lodging options.
