Is there a dress code?
Answer
Formal Attire is preferred. We suggest men wear a suit and tie. Ladies can opt for a maxi, midi or knee length dress. Please see next FAQ regarding dressing for outdoor ceremony.

Will the ceremony be outside?
Answer
We hope so! If there is no rain, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be on the lawn by the water. Please keep this in mind in your footwear selection, and if you choose to bring a shawl or jacket.

What’s with the drawings of a chicken a fish and a carrot on the RSVP card? I’m confused.
Answer
Please indicate on the RSVP card what you would like for dinner on October 15th. If you are RSVP’ing for more than yourself, please include the number requested for each entree. Chicken = Chicken breast with rosemary-lemon jus Fish = Scottish salmon pan seared with dill-chardonnay cream sauce Carrot = Roasted Cauliflower, whipped hummus, blackened radish, pomegranate elixir, pepitas, zaatar (vegetarian and vegan)

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP for both Saturday welcome drinks & desert and the Sunday wedding no later than September 15th. Please use the RSVP card/envelope mailed with your invitation. If you have misplaced the RSVP card please RSVP to Alexa at 203-505-3131

What airport should I fly into?
Answer
You can get to Westport from LGA, JFK, or HPN. HPN (White Plains) is a small airport with less flights, but it is the closest. You can Uber or rent a car from any of these airports.

How do I get to the Inn at Longshore from my hotel?
Answer
You can either Uber or drive your own car. There will be parking in the lot directly before the entrance to the Inn. Guests in need of assistance may be dropped off at the entrance.

How do I get to The Inn at Longshore from the city?
Answer
If you don’t have your own car, you can Uber or take Metro North from Grand Central Station. The Westport station (on the New Haven Line) is less than a 10 minute drive from The Inn at Longshore.
