Question

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will take place at the Herlitzke's ranch and lodge. Duct-Tape Lodge: N551 Ten Mile Circle, Coon Valley, WI 54623

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:45 PM, please arrive early as we need time to get people to the ceremony site. Dinner begins at 6:30 PM, come early, grab a seat & a drink, and soak in the views! Dance begins at 8:00 PM. Feel free to show up and party with us anytime after 8:00 PM!

What should we wear?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal, but don't stress - just dress as though you are going to a nice dinner and you'll be good! Keep in mind that a day in Wisconsin during the month of October could look many ways so keep an eye on the weather forcast and plan accordingly!

Dinner will be buffet style!

Yes! We will have an open bar, with a limited selection

What will the parking and transportation services look like?

Answer

There is plenty of on-site parking at the venue, We are also providing a shuttle service from Stoney Creek Hotel in Onalaska. The shuttles will leave the hotel at 2:45pm for the ceremony and 5:30pm for the reception. The shuttle will leave from the venue at 9:00pm, 10:30pm and midnight.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Yes! Kids are welcome at all parts of the celebration.

Do you have any hotel accommodations?

Answer

We have a block at Stoney Creek Hotel in Onalaska, WI (608-781-3060 ext.2) and the Best Western Plus in La Crescent, MN (507-895-1001). Mention the Herlitzke/Odegard Wedding Block when booking.

Will it be warm enough in the tent?

Answer

Yes! The tent will be heated if temperatures are low on the day of the celebration, but we still recommend dressing for Wisconsin fall weather just to be safe.
