Shuttle from all hotels in Penn Yan (Hampton Inn, Best Western & Microhotel)

August 30, 2025 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

A shuttle will be picking up guests continuously from 3:00pm until 11:00pm. The shuttle will be servicing all three hotels downtown. Parking should be available at the hotels if you would like to take the shuttle while staying at an airbnb/vrbo property. Please note there are only 40 parking spots at the venue and we would like to reserve them for guests driving in and not staying overnight locally.

Located in the heart of Penn Yan, the Hampton Inn is the perfect place to stay. Walking distance to our rehearsal dinner and after party, it’s the ideal accommodation if you want to dance the night away! This hotel is also located right on the water with beautiful views of the lake! We will have transportation to and from this location for our ceremony/reception. We unfortunately do not have a hotel block here, but you can call or book a room online!

Ceremony Parking

There are only 40 parking spaces at the venue, so if you are staying at a hotel please take the shuttle so guests traveling back home after the reception can park their car on site.
