In July of 2016 Jeff and Michelle met the old fashioned way, when they swiped right on a dating app. For their first date the two agreed to meet for happy hour at The Mint in downtown Enumclaw. What was supposed to be a "happy hour" date turned into five hours of fun and laughter. The two have been inseparable ever since.

After a busy summer, Jeff, Michelle and Brooke had their first quiet weekend at home in what felt like forever. With college football playing in the background, Michelle started whipping up a pancake breakfast for the three of them to enjoy on the first cool morning of fall. These slow and simple mornings all together are their favorite and Michelle excitedly looks forward to them each year. The seasons were changing, and the moment felt right, so Jeff decided to go sneak away and grab the ring he had been hiding in his safe. Jeff took a seemingly quiet morning and made it a moment in time Michelle will never forget as he got on one knee and asked her to continue to make the ordinary feel unforgettable and spend the rest of their lives together. They can't wait for the next chapter and to become husband and wife.
