Question

Where is the ceremony? Where is the reception?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will take place at the Vineyards at Betty's Creek in Sylva, NC. Both sites are within walking distance, so once the ceremony is over you can walk to the reception hall!

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors in the early evening. The reception hall has a wall that opens up to the outside, so dress accordingly and maybe bring layers if you're cold natured.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Cocktail please. We would also prefer if you didn't wear white!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes if you are in a serious relationship, engaged, or married. Please do not bring a random date just for the heck of it, we are trying to keep our wedding small and intimate, mainly with people we know personally. But don't worry, there will be plenty of lovely humans there for you to mingle with!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We are going to leave this up to you! However, we do think you deserve a romantic getaway with your significant other to a vineyard in the mountains.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Anthropologie, Pottery Barn, and Williams Sonoma. We also have 2 cash funds - a honeymoon fund and a gap year fund. Visit our registry page for quick and easy access.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

No we have not. There are so many great places to stay in the surrounding area, including log cabins you can rent! We didn't want to confine guests to just one hotel. Visit our travel page for recommendations.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately no. Since the vineyard is located in the mountains, transportation companies are scarce. Also since the majority of our guests are not staying at the same place it wouldn't make much sense!

Will there be parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There are parking lots on the premises and valets that will escort you to and from the sites on golf carts.

Can I take pictures and/or post pictures on social media?

Answer

Yes, please do! We want to share this special day with you. Use our hashtag #HeresToYouMrsRobinson so we can find your photos.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

11pm. So start to sober up around 10:)
