IS THERE AN OPEN BAR OR CASH BAR?

Answer

Cashless cash bar; drinks will run about $5-$7 a drink. They will have debit and credit card readers to run cards

IS THERE A DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA?

Answer

Yes, away from the barn. it's sectioned off.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Answer

We have a limited number of guests. If someone is missing from your party, please contact Kayla or Aaron to update us. Please do not bring people who are not on the guest list, if your kids are on the guest list you MUST be responsible for them.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

There is free parking on site. Your vehicle needs to be picked up if left overnight by 8 am the next morning!

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

If your invitation says “ and Guest” then yes! If not, we would love to have only your company! Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

WILL GUESTS BE ALLOWED TO TAKE PICTURES?

Answer

In short, No, We would prefer to have an unplugged ceremony so you can be present and in the moment with us. There will be a photographer and videographer to capture all of our big moments. AFTER the ceremony snap, record, and post away. Please use our wedding hashtag #HerecometheSplawns so we can see all your beautiful faces and wedding highlights.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY INVITATION?

Answer

You should expect an invitation to RSVP from us about 3-4 months in advance of our wedding.

IS THE WEDDING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be inside, however there is a beautiful grass area outside and patio.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE VENUE?

Answer

A schedule will be posted early enough to allow guests to plan accordingly! You should arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony which starts at 4:00 pm

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail attire. Use this as an excuse to break out the fancy outfits - jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, suit & tie, sportscoat - just NO jeans!
