Yes (if the weather permits)! The ceremony & cocktail hour will be outside, please plan accordingly. These events will be followed by an indoor reception. If you wear heels, please be mindful there of the gravel parking lot & cocktail hour will be in a grassy area outside.

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by 02/20/2026 deadline, you will be marked "not attending". The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors within a timely manner.

While traveling on Lynchburg highway, the GPS will most likely take you down Old Mulberry Road (depending on how you come in this will be a sharp turn). You will then take another turn down Hawthorne Lane. The road will eventually turn into gravel, keep STRAIGHT. You will see a black mailbox on the right & a Sacred Stone sign, turn here! Parking will be down the left path, there will be a slight hill to walk up after parking.
We are happy to offer guests the option to leave their vehicles at the venue if they have another way to get home after the celebration. Uber is available to the venue location as well. Please note that the venue will not be held responsible for any vehicles left on the property overnight. We encourage everyone to plan ahead for transportation if you intend to leave your vehicle behind.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite.
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" The best gift you can give us is being fully present as we say, "I do". We have hired a professional photographer to capture this moment for us & we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos & videos as you'd like!
To accompany the festivities, an open bar will be available for your enjoyment!
