Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Both the wedding and reception will be taking place at Soli-Tree Farms in Augusta, KY. The address is: 900 Soli-Tree Drive, Augusta, KY, 41002.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive to Soli-Tree Farms by 3:00 pm to make sure you have enough time to get to the venue. Note that the venue is located atop a long gravel hill. There will be signs directing you to it, but it takes roughly 10 minutes to reach it.

Will there be parking available?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot right in front of our venue that is big enough to fit all invited.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle bus for the guests staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Wilder, KY. This is the hotel we have blocked off rooms for. Please see the Travel page for more information. If you plan to stay in the hotel and need transportation, please let us know directly.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we love your kids, we’ve decided to have an adults-only celebration. The only child in attendance will be our flower girl. Thank you for making arrangements to attend our special day!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

All food served will be gluten free, fish, & shellfish free. Please make note if you would like a vegetarian meal when you RSVP.
